Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements from JP Morgan Chase's technology and operations teams to design scalable software solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across investment banking, asset management, and commercial banking divisions to identify technology gaps
• Develop and test custom applications using modern programming frameworks to support financial trading platforms and risk management systems
• Integrate solutions with JP Morgan's core banking infrastructure, ensuring compliance with global financial standards
• Monitor and optimize solution performance, troubleshooting issues in real-time trading environments
• Contribute to agile sprints, providing technical expertise during planning and retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or solutions analysis within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in developing and implementing technology solutions for business problems in banking or investment services
• Strong understanding of financial regulations such as GDPR, MiFID II, and Basel III
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Proficiency in programming languages and database management
