Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for JPM Transact solutions
  • Design and implement technical solutions that enhance transaction processing efficiency and compliance
  • Conduct gap analysis between current systems and future business needs in the financial services domain
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure timely program delivery
  • Develop user stories, process flows, and prototypes to support solution validation
  • Monitor and resolve issues in production environments related to transaction systems
  • Partner with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality solution deployment
  • Contribute to risk assessments and regulatory reporting for JPMorgan's global operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business value in asset servicing
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new JPM Transact features and functionalities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or solutions design within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in translating complex business needs into technical solutions for transaction processing systems
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations such as GDPR, MiFID II, and AML compliance relevant to UK and EU markets
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA for program delivery
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau
