Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for payments technology solutions
• Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for enhancing payment processing efficiency and security
• Design and implement technical solutions that align IT capabilities with business objectives in the financial services sector
• Conduct gap analysis between current systems and future needs, recommending strategic improvements
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to ensure clear communication of solutions to non-technical audiences
• Monitor and optimize payment platforms, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime in global transactions
• Support integration of emerging technologies like blockchain or AI into JP Morgan's payments ecosystem
• Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations and internal JP Morgan standards
• Contribute to project delivery within the Technical Program Delivery category, managing timelines and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT solutions analysis, preferably in payments or financial technology
• Proven experience in bridging business and IT requirements in a large-scale financial institution
• Strong understanding of payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, and real-time payment networks
• Experience with data analytics tools and leveraging insights for strategic decision-making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certifications in financial technology (e.g., CFA, PMP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
• Prior experience at a major bank like JP Morgan Chase in payments technology
