Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect secure, scalable AI/ML solutions that support JP Morgan Chase's business transformation initiatives in areas like fraud detection, risk management, and personalized banking
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate financial requirements into technical AI architectures
• Ensure AI/ML solutions adhere to JP Morgan's stringent security, compliance, and ethical AI guidelines in the financial sector
• Lead the integration of AI/ML models into production environments, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency on cloud infrastructure
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on best practices for AI deployment in high-stakes financial applications
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI systems to maintain reliability and scalability for global banking operations
• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and regulatory changes impacting financial services, recommending innovations to senior leadership
• Mentor junior team members on AI architecture principles tailored to the banking industry

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML solutions in a financial services environment
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable AI/ML systems that comply with regulatory standards such as GDPR and SOX
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their integration with AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with data privacy and security in financial applications, including handling sensitive client data
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global banking context

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or related discipline
• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
