Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technology sourcing projects, from RFx processes to contract execution, ensuring alignment with JPMC's global business objectives
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements with suppliers to mitigate risks and optimize terms
  • Manage ongoing supplier relationships, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies that deliver value and support JPMC's innovation in financial services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, IT, and finance, to ensure compliance and seamless integration of supplier solutions
  • Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to recommend innovative technology solutions for JPMC's global operations
  • Conduct due diligence on potential suppliers, assessing financial stability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with JPMC's ethical standards
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics, such as cost savings, contract compliance, and supplier performance, to senior stakeholders
  • Support the integration of sustainable and diverse sourcing practices in line with JPMC's corporate responsibility goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management within the financial services industry
  • Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing technology-related contracts and supplier agreements
  • Strong understanding of global sourcing strategies and compliance with financial regulations such as SOX and GDPR
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate supplier proposals and manage budgets effectively
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and software, including Ariba or similar procurement platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or JD) with a focus on procurement or contract law
  • Experience working in a multinational financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
