Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of EMS (Enterprise Management System) processes to ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase standards and financial regulations
  • Manage stakeholder relationships by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve audit findings
  • Handle and investigate disputes related to financial transactions, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
  • Generate detailed reports on audit outcomes, trends, and recommendations for process improvements
  • Utilize Spanish language skills to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients, stakeholders, or review bilingual documentation
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions in the financial services operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality control measures and support regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of audits, disputes, and reports in accordance with JPMorgan's data governance policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) with proficiency in English
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and audit processes
  • Experience handling disputes and stakeholder communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment in Metro Manila
