Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and processing of specialty products including letters of credit, guarantees, and supply chain financing solutions
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless operations in trade and working capital for corporate clients
  • Analyze client requirements and recommend tailored financial products to optimize working capital efficiency
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with trade transactions, ensuring compliance with international standards
  • Provide expert guidance on product features, pricing, and documentation to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Contribute to process improvements and innovation in operations to enhance service delivery
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex issues in specialty product operations
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on trade activities for regulatory and audit purposes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting trade finance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade finance, working capital operations, or specialty financial products
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, letters of credit, and supply chain finance
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools used in banking operations
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Trade Finance Professional (CTFP) or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) in Finance or International Business
