Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of target state architecture for customer acquisition and marketing platforms across multiple domains, including data, application, and integration layers
• Collaborate with business leaders to align technical roadmaps with strategic goals in customer growth and personalized marketing within JP Morgan Chase's financial services ecosystem
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance platform scalability, security, and compliance with financial regulations
• Drive architecture governance, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards for reliability and risk management in banking operations
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in agile delivery
• Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization in customer-facing systems
• Partner with product, engineering, and compliance teams to implement secure, data-driven marketing solutions that drive business impact
• Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, including diagrams, roadmaps, and documentation, tailored to JP Morgan's global operations
• Monitor industry trends in fintech and customer experience to proactively shape platform strategies
• Ensure seamless integration of marketing platforms with core banking systems for real-time customer insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in financial services or banking technology
• Proven track record in designing scalable architectures for customer acquisition and marketing platforms
• Deep expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on financial data security
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services, including GDPR, CCPA, and banking-specific standards like PCI-DSS
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver high-impact business solutions
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JP Morgan Chase's technology stack or similar large-scale banking systems
• Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman
