Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and evolution of target state architecture across multiple domains in JP Morgan Chase's Payments Technology group, focusing on scalability, security, and innovation
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align architectural decisions with strategic objectives in global payments processing
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure robust, compliant systems for high-value financial transactions
  • Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and proof-of-concept evaluations for new payment technologies and integrations
  • Drive the adoption of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API-driven ecosystems to modernize legacy payment platforms

  • Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements including PCI-DSS, GDPR, and SOX for payments processing
