Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data architectures to support corporate technology platforms at JP Morgan Chase, ensuring alignment with business objectives in wealth management and investment banking
• Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and integrating new data technologies to enhance data analytics for financial forecasting and risk management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies that comply with industry regulations and drive innovation in secure financial transactions
• Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-based architectures, optimizing for performance in high-volume trading environments
• Develop and enforce data governance frameworks to maintain data integrity and accessibility across global banking operations
• Mentor junior architects and engineers on best practices for data modeling and architecture in the financial sector
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations to mitigate risks in data platforms supporting corporate finance
• Drive the adoption of AI and machine learning solutions within data architectures to improve decision-making in capital markets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, design, and implementation within large-scale enterprise environments
• Proven track record in leading data architecture initiatives in the financial services industry, with expertise in regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and big data technologies in a banking context
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, applied to financial data management
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and privacy standards specific to financial institutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or TOGAF certification
• Experience with JP Morgan Chase's technology stack or similar fintech environments
