Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced agentic AI solutions to enhance engineer's efficiency in software development workflows at JP Morgan Chase
• Lead the architecture and implementation of AI agents that automate code review, testing, and deployment processes in financial applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and compliance experts to ensure AI solutions meet regulatory standards
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and security within JP Morgan's cloud infrastructure
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
• Integrate agentic AI with existing JP Morgan systems for real-time financial data processing and risk assessment
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and prototype innovative solutions for internal efficiency gains
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI systems to ensure reliability in high-stakes financial environments
• Document technical specifications and contribute to knowledge sharing across the engineering community

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML systems
• Proven track record in developing and deploying AI solutions in a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of agentic AI architectures, including autonomous agents and multi-agent systems
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with emphasis on secure financial data handling
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards like GDPR, SOX, and financial industry regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or related discipline
• Experience with JP Morgan's internal AI frameworks or similar enterprise tools
