Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of core software systems that support JP Morgan Chase's global financial operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and compliance experts, to drive business initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on core banking systems or financial platforms
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects in a fast-paced financial environment
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, particularly in secure financial applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
