Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications that support JP Morgan's core banking operations and client services
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate financial requirements into scalable technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on full stack development
• Proven track record of leading complex projects in a financial services environment, including regulatory compliance and risk management
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and data privacy standards such as GDPR and SOX
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration in high-stakes banking applications
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence in a fast-paced setting
• U.S. work authorization required; willingness to work in Wilmington, DE
