Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions that drive business impact across JP Morgan Chase's technology portfolio
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to identify and solve diverse technical challenges in financial applications
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and secure systems
• Analyze and optimize applications spanning multiple technologies, including microservices, APIs, and real-time data processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role
• Proven track record of leading development teams in building scalable, high-performance applications in the financial services sector
• Deep expertise in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, data security, and compliance standards such as GDPR and SOX
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in developing trading platforms, risk management systems, or payment processing solutions at a major financial institution
