Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to support critical financial applications, including risk assessment and predictive analytics
• Collaborate with agile teams to integrate machine learning solutions into JP Morgan Chase's core banking platforms
• Design scalable Python-based architectures for handling large-scale financial datasets
• Conduct code reviews, optimize algorithms for performance, and ensure model accuracy in production
• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs in areas like fraud detection and customer personalization into technical solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives across multiple projects
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards in all AI/ML implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Python development
• Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience in financial services or fintech environments, handling sensitive data and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for production environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
