Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of React Native applications for JP Morgan Chase's digital banking platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Implement secure coding practices to ensure compliance with financial regulations such as PCI-DSS and GDPR
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
• Optimize mobile app performance for iOS and Android devices, focusing on real-time financial transactions
• Integrate third-party APIs and services for features like payments, account management, and fraud detection
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive iterative improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
• Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies and recommend innovations to enhance the digital banking experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications
• Experience in developing secure, scalable applications for the financial services sector
• Deep understanding of mobile development best practices, including performance optimization and security protocols
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in agile environments

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
