  • Lead the design and evolution of target state architecture for LATAM payments platforms, ensuring alignment with global JP Morgan Chase standards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable architectural solutions
  • Drive innovation in payment processing, including integration of emerging technologies like blockchain and API ecosystems
  • Ensure architectural decisions comply with LATAM-specific regulations and mitigate risks in cross-border transactions
  • Mentor junior architects and provide technical leadership in architecture review boards

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures for payment systems
  • Deep knowledge of LATAM regulatory requirements for payments, including local clearing systems and cross-border transactions
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in a financial context
  • Strong understanding of secure payment protocols and compliance standards like PCI-DSS and ISO 20022
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones
