Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams in the development and maintenance of AEM-based applications for JP Morgan Chase's digital platforms
• Provide technical coaching and advisory services to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions that meet financial regulatory requirements
• Oversee the architecture and implementation of AEM components, templates, and workflows to enhance customer experiences in banking services
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals in the financial services sector
• Drive agile methodologies, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration to deliver projects on time
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring compliance with security standards and data privacy laws applicable to financial data
• Foster innovation by exploring AEM integrations with emerging technologies like AI and personalization for personalized banking experiences
• Monitor team performance, conduct performance reviews, and support career development for engineering staff
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap for AEM platforms, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency in a global banking environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms
• Strong understanding of financial services technologies, compliance standards like GDPR and SOX, and secure coding practices
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments within large-scale enterprise settings
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach engineers on best practices in content management systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders across business and technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with digital banking or customer experience platforms
• Certification in Adobe Experience Manager (Adobe Certified Expert)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure integrated with AEM
• Prior experience at a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in a regulated environment
