Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide technical coaching to multiple software engineering teams, fostering innovation and best practices in financial technology solutions
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software systems that support JP Morgan Chase's core banking operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and compliance teams, to align technical roadmaps with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven track record of leading technical teams in the financial services industry, particularly in banking or fintech
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices in a regulated environment
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on secure financial applications
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach engineers on best practices for scalable, secure software solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
