Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative co-brand credit card products
  • Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement
  • Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to optimize product features and user experience
  • Partner with external co-brand clients to align on product strategy and roadmap
  • Drive A/B testing and experimentation to improve engagement and retention rates
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal JPMorgan Chase standards
  • Contribute to the creation of product documentation, including requirements and user stories
  • Monitor competitive landscape in co-brand offerings to inform strategic decisions
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to promote innovation in product development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech
  • Strong understanding of co-brand credit card products and partnership ecosystems
  • Proven track record in user research, data analysis, and product optimization
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry, such as PCI DSS and consumer protection laws

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Marketing
