Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to define and prioritize features for the Data Fabric platform within JP Morgan's Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) division
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to enhance data integration, accessibility, and usability for investment and client reporting needs
  • Drive the product roadmap for Data Fabric, ensuring alignment with AWM's strategic goals in data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and market trends to iterate on product enhancements and resolve issues in a fast-paced financial environment
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to deliver high-quality data solutions on time
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's data governance standards and financial regulations to mitigate risks in asset management workflows
  • Conduct market research on emerging data technologies and recommend integrations that support scalable, secure data fabrics for global teams
  • Support user adoption through training, documentation, and demos, focusing on how Data Fabric empowers AWM professionals in portfolio analysis and client servicing
  • Partner with risk and compliance teams to embed security and privacy controls into product features

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, data platforms, or financial technology roles
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, quality, and integration in a financial services context
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, Basel III, or MiFID II relevant to asset and wealth management
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and basic programming concepts

  • Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a quantitative or business-related field
