Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of co-brand roadmap priorities, from initial conception through to successful launch
• Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and external partners to define product requirements and timelines
• Manage agile sprints and coordinate with development teams to ensure on-time delivery of features
• Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend iterations based on user feedback and market data
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's regulatory standards and financial industry guidelines
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular updates on project status and risks
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with co-brand product integrations and partnerships
• Drive cross-functional alignment to optimize co-brand credit card offerings for customer acquisition and retention
• Analyze competitive landscapes to inform product strategy and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or agile methodologies within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation to launch
• Strong understanding of co-brand credit card products and partnership ecosystems
• Experience with regulatory compliance in banking and financial services
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, and technology
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration
