Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making in JP Morgan Chase's investment banking and asset management divisions
• Develop and maintain analytical models to forecast market trends, risk exposures, and portfolio performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, risk managers, and product specialists to deliver actionable insights
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to process and visualize large-scale financial datasets for executive reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in data delivery and analytics solutions within the Bengaluru or Mumbai hubs
• Support the ReEntry Program by mentoring junior analysts and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all analytical outputs
• Participate in ad-hoc projects involving competitive analysis and scenario planning for global markets
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on strategic initiatives for senior leadership
• Leverage JP Morgan's proprietary platforms to enhance data-driven strategies in the financial services sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in analytics, data analysis, or a related role within the financial services industry
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R for extracting and manipulating large datasets
• Demonstrated ability to work with financial data, including market trends, risk metrics, and performance indicators
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in banking or investment services
• Eligibility to work in India without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications
