Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to support strategic finance initiatives at JPMorgan Chase
• Design and optimize accounting systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations
• Develop and improve internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with finance, technology, and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to inform senior management decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or strategic finance within the financial services industry

• Proven experience in designing and implementing accounting systems or financial controls
