Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead a portfolio of revenue-growth focused banking intelligence initiatives, from ideation to execution
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities in the financial services sector
• Develop and implement strategic frameworks to enhance client acquisition and retention for JP Morgan Chase's banking divisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and risk management to align growth strategies with organizational goals
• Utilize advanced analytics and data visualization tools to provide actionable insights on revenue potential and performance metrics
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Drive innovation in business intelligence by leveraging emerging technologies like AI and machine learning in banking applications
• Assess risks and opportunities in new markets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the financial industry

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or business development within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth initiatives in banking or related sectors
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data-driven decision making
