Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps to drive operational efficiency and innovation across JPMorgan Chase's global technology ecosystem
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation in financial services
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform technology investment decisions
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing WorkSmarter initiatives that enhance productivity and employee experience
• Assess emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain for applicability in risk management and client services
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Manage stakeholder communications, including presentations to executive leadership on strategic progress
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all technology strategy recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, technology strategy, or financial services operations
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams on technology-driven transformation projects
• Strong understanding of financial services industry trends, including regulatory compliance and digital innovation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment within a global financial institution
