Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance technology adoption and drive innovation across JPMorgan Chase's global technology teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and future-of-work transformations
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on emerging technologies relevant to financial services
• Lead workshops and change management efforts to promote WorkSmarter programs and cultural shifts
• Analyze data on technology usage and employee productivity to inform strategic recommendations
• Partner with senior leadership to align technology strategies with broader business objectives
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for innovation projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by piloting new tools and best practices in the workplace
• Support the integration of AI-driven solutions to streamline operations in global technology functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, technology transformation, or financial services operations
• Proven track record in driving digital adoption and innovation initiatives within large-scale organizations
• Strong understanding of financial services industry trends, including regulatory compliance and risk management
• Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Lean Six Sigma
