Based in our New York office, you will ensure that all transactions are documented accurately and compliantly, contributing to the seamless execution of multimillion-dollar deals that drive our clients' success in the global markets. Your primary focus will be on reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing legal agreements under stringent deadlines, collaborating closely with trading desks, legal counsel, and compliance teams.
