Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance structured origination and trade processes within JPMorgan Chase's Trading Services division
• Lead process innovation projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing operational risks, and optimizing trade lifecycle management
• Collaborate with front-office trading teams, risk management, and compliance to align functional strategies with business objectives
• Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to recommend process enhancements for structured products like securitizations and derivatives
• Design and implement functional strategies that leverage technology, such as automation and AI, to streamline origination workflows
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement in trading services operations
• Conduct gap analyses and performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making in process strategy
• Partner with senior leadership to integrate process strategies into broader firm-wide initiatives at JPMorgan Chase
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulations in all origination and trade activities
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on strategy outcomes to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in structured finance, trading services, or process optimization within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in origination and trade processes, with deep knowledge of structured products and derivatives
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and MiFID II in trading environments
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in strategy development and process innovation
• Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools relevant to structured origination
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment at a global financial institution like JPMorgan Chase

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA, FRM, or equivalent certification in finance or risk management
• Prior experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank with focus on structured finance products
• Demonstrated success in implementing digital transformation initiatives in trading operations
