Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Trading, Sales, and other business functions within the Nexus Platform to support structuring activities

  • Monitor and manage risk exposures associated with trades and positions in the middle office
  • Develop and maintain documentation for deal structuring, including term sheets and risk assessments
  • Provide real-time support to front office teams during trade execution and negotiation processes
  • Conduct post-trade analysis and reconciliation to identify discrepancies and mitigate operational risks
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the Nexus Platform by identifying process improvements and implementing automation
  • Liaise with global teams to ensure seamless integration of structuring activities across regions
  • Prepare reports and presentations on structuring performance for senior management
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes impacting structured finance products

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in middle office operations, structuring, or risk management within financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial derivatives, structured products, and capital markets
  • Proficiency in regulatory requirements for trading and risk in the financial industry
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools in a banking environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting
