Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Japanese multinational clients with subsidiaries in Europe and the UK, providing tailored banking solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, understanding their business needs and financial objectives
  • Develop and execute strategic coverage plans to deepen client engagement and identify cross-selling opportunities within JP Morgan's product suite
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, risk management, and compliance, to deliver integrated financial services
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance, risks, and opportunities, providing proactive advice on market trends and regulatory changes
  • Prepare and present credit proposals, financial analyses, and deal structures for client financing needs
  • Support business development initiatives, including pitching new mandates and participating in client meetings in Amsterdam and internationally
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's risk management policies and regulatory requirements in cross-border transactions
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing market insights on Japanese corporates and European subsidiaries

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (both written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of international banking regulations, particularly in Europe and Japan
  • Experience working with multinational corporations or cross-border financial transactions
  • Ability to travel occasionally to client sites in Europe and the UK

Preferred Qualifications
