As a Supplier Operations Senior Associate in the Night Shift team based in Metro Manila, Philippines, you will be at the heart of coordinating and optimizing the Source-to-Pay lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including requisitioning, sourcing, contracting, and payment processing for JP Morgan Chase's global suppliers
• Monitor and optimize procurement operations to ensure compliance with firm-wide policies and financial regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as procurement teams and business units, to enhance user experience and resolve operational issues during night shifts
• Perform supplier onboarding, maintenance, and risk assessments to mitigate potential disruptions in the financial supply chain
• Analyze procurement data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements for cost savings and efficiency
• Handle escalated supplier inquiries and disputes, ensuring timely resolution to support uninterrupted business operations
• Generate reports on supplier performance metrics and key procurement KPIs for senior management review
• Support audit and compliance activities related to supplier management in the Global Supplier Services team
• Utilize procurement systems like SAP Ariba to track transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging best practices from the financial services industry

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or source-to-pay processes within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle and compliance with financial regulations such as SOX and GDPR
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills for global stakeholder interactions
• Ability to work night shifts (typically 10 PM to 7 AM Philippine time) to support international operations
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and procurement tools in a high-volume transaction environment
• Knowledge of supplier risk management and vendor performance metrics in a banking context

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified in procurement (e.g., CIPS or CPSM) with focus on financial sector applications
• Experience in global supplier services at a multinational financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with Ariba or similar source-to-pay platforms used in corporate banking
• Prior exposure to process optimization projects involving automation in procurement operations
• Advanced skills in data analytics for supplier performance reporting
