As a Senior Associate in Swiss Payroll Operations within our EMEA Payroll Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services for our Swiss entities. Based in our dynamic Warsaw office, you will contribute to the Global HR function by managing complex payroll processes that support thousands of employees in a highly regulated financial environment. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Swiss labor laws while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and compliance in one of the world's most prestigious banks. Your primary focus will be on processing Swiss payroll cycles, from data validation to final disbursements, while navigating intricacies such as AHV social security contributions, cantonal tax variations, and pension obligations. You will partner closely with HR business partners, finance controllers, and external Swiss authorities to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to both local regulations and JP Morgan's stringent internal controls. In the financial services industry, where precision is paramount, you will also contribute to audit preparations, regulatory reporting, and process enhancements, utilizing tools like SAP SuccessFactors to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
