Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of syndicated loan transactions from origination to closing, ensuring seamless execution in support of M&A deals
  • Collaborate directly with investment bankers to structure and syndicate loans for corporate clients
  • Prepare and review loan documentation, including commitment letters, credit agreements, and syndication materials
  • Monitor transaction timelines, identify risks, and resolve issues to meet client and regulatory deadlines
  • Liaise with internal teams such as legal, compliance, and risk management to facilitate smooth deal flow
  • Track and report on syndicated loan portfolio performance and syndication outcomes
  • Ensure adherence to JPMorgan Chase's risk management policies and industry regulations
  • Support business development by providing insights on lending opportunities in M&A contexts
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize JPMorgan's proprietary systems for transaction management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in syndicated lending, loan syndication, or related financial services roles
  • Strong understanding of M&A transactions and investment banking processes
  • Proficiency in loan documentation and regulatory compliance within the financial services industry
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including investment bankers
