Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed reviews and controls on tax reporting data to ensure accuracy and compliance with Luxembourg and international tax regimes

  • Identify and mitigate tax-related risks in investment fund operations
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax reports, including FATCA and CRS disclosures
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and implement updates to internal control processes
  • Provide guidance to junior staff on tax control best practices and JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Analyze tax data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
  • Support audits and regulatory inquiries related to tax reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tax reporting, compliance, or investor services within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg tax regulations and EU tax frameworks applicable to investment funds
  • Proficiency in tax control processes and investor tax reporting requirements
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or German are advantageous
  • Experience with financial software and databases used in tax management
