Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and execution of technology risk management frameworks to mitigate risks in JP Morgan Chase's evolving tech landscape
• Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of technology risks across business lines, ensuring alignment with firm-wide risk appetite
• Collaborate with senior executives and technology teams to integrate risk controls into digital transformation initiatives, including AI and cloud adoption
• Drive the implementation of regulatory compliance programs for technology risks, reporting to UK and global regulators as needed
• Manage a team of risk professionals, fostering a culture of proactive risk awareness and accountability
• Conduct periodic reviews and stress testing of technology controls to enhance operational resilience
• Partner with internal audit and compliance functions to remediate control deficiencies and improve governance
• Develop metrics and dashboards for technology risk monitoring, providing insights to executive leadership
• Advise on emerging risks such as cyber threats and third-party vendor dependencies in the financial services sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technology risk management, controls, or governance within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide risk and compliance initiatives in a large-scale banking environment
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, GDPR, and UK PRA/FCA requirements for technology risk
• Experience in developing and implementing technology risk frameworks, including cybersecurity and operational resilience
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a global financial institution
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a Tier 1 global bank like JP Morgan Chase
• Background in agile technology environments and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with cloud risk management (e.g., AWS, Azure) in financial services
