  • Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, GDPR, and UK PRA/FCA requirements for technology risk
  • Experience in developing and implementing technology risk frameworks, including cybersecurity and operational resilience
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a global financial institution
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
