  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align risk controls with business objectives and regulatory standards
  • Oversee the implementation of risk assessment methodologies and control testing programs
  • Drive initiatives to enhance data governance and reporting for technology risks in the financial services sector
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in risk management
  • Monitor emerging risks from digital transformation projects and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's enterprise risk management policies and external regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology risk management, controls, or governance within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading risk and controls transformation initiatives in a large-scale banking environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, GDPR, and UK PRA requirements
  • Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and taxonomy development
  • Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISSP
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Risk Management or related discipline
  • Prior experience at a Tier 1 investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
