  • Collaborate with technology, compliance, and business teams to design, test, and monitor controls ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Drive the GRC program for technology services, including policy development, control testing, and issue remediation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology risk management, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading risk and controls programs in a large-scale banking environment, preferably with exposure to regulatory frameworks like Basel III, GDPR, and SOX
  • Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational resilience in financial institutions
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks such as COSO or NIST
  • Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISSP
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Risk Management or a related discipline
