Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of payment platform integrations for high-profile merchants, ensuring seamless connectivity with Chase's ecosystem
• Collaborate with merchants, internal engineering teams, and third-party vendors to define integration requirements and timelines
• Conduct technical assessments and gap analyses to identify risks and recommend solutions for payment processing optimizations
• Oversee testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to guarantee compliance and performance
• Provide expert guidance on API integrations, security protocols, and scalability for high-volume transaction environments
• Monitor post-implementation performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements in merchant satisfaction
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides
• Ensure all implementations adhere to JP Morgan Chase's regulatory standards and data security policies
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and training for merchant teams on Chase payment solutions
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by analyzing integration trends and proposing enhancements to Chase Merchant Services offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical implementation, integration, or project management within the financial services or payments industry
• Proven track record of managing payment platform integrations for enterprise-level merchants
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems, APIs, and secure transaction protocols
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and on-site implementations
• U.S. work authorization and compliance with financial industry regulations such as PCI-DSS

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or certifications like PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or payment-specific credentials
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
