Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product delivery processes for JP Morgan Chase's Public Cloud Platform, ensuring seamless integration with core banking systems
• Oversee regulatory compliance initiatives, conducting audits and implementing controls to meet financial industry standards like PCI-DSS and FFIEC guidelines
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to drive on-time and within-budget cloud migrations and enhancements
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability and cost-efficiency in a global financial context
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud deployments, including data sovereignty and cyber threats relevant to banking operations
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement to boost platform efficiency and innovation
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cloud services, reporting progress to senior stakeholders on efficiency gains and compliance adherence
• Drive stakeholder engagement across JP Morgan's business units to align cloud product delivery with strategic financial goals
• Implement best practices for cloud governance, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan's risk management framework

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product delivery or program management within technology platforms
• Proven track record in public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services, including GDPR, SOX, and Basel III
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and budgets in a high-stakes financial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a technical discipline
• Certification in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Fundamentals)
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector with JP Morgan Chase or similar institutions
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
