Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of product enhancements aligned with customer needs and business priorities in JP Morgan Chase's payment and banking platforms
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to define product roadmaps and technical architectures
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and business impact in the financial services sector
• Oversee the development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, prototyping, testing, and deployment of secure financial solutions
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and provide recommendations for scalable, secure technologies in a high-volume transaction environment
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on JP Morgan Chase's strategic initiatives
• Mentor junior product leads and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical product management practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical product management or software development within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex technical enhancements for banking or payment systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS in financial environments
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence for project management
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps
