Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end billing change initiatives for JP Morgan Chase's Securities Services, ensuring seamless integration with client solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and client-facing teams to define product requirements for billing enhancements
  • Analyze current billing processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in securities custody and asset servicing
  • Drive the roadmap for technical billing products, prioritizing features based on client feedback and regulatory needs
  • Conduct stakeholder engagements with institutional clients to gather requirements for customized billing solutions
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics for billing accuracy and client satisfaction in Securities Services
  • Ensure all billing changes comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and data security standards
  • Facilitate agile sprints and product demos to align technical delivery with business objectives
  • Support integration of billing systems with broader JP Morgan platforms like treasury and trade finance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products in financial services
  • Proven track record leading billing and invoicing initiatives in securities or custody services
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations such as SEC, FINRA, and Dodd-Frank impacting securities services
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership in a banking environment
  • Ability to analyze complex billing data and drive process improvements in high-volume transaction environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
