Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements from stakeholders in JP Morgan Chase's product teams and translate them into detailed technical specifications
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to ensure solutions align with financial regulations and company standards
• Document system architectures, workflows, and user stories to support product development in areas like digital banking or investment services
• Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired functionalities, proposing enhancements for efficiency and scalability
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive product delivery timelines
• Monitor product performance metrics and provide insights to optimize technical solutions for customer-facing financial tools
• Support testing and deployment phases by validating system integrations and resolving technical issues
• Stay abreast of industry trends in fintech and contribute to innovation initiatives within JP Morgan Chase
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing across the product organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product analysis, systems analysis, or a similar role within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of bridging business requirements with technical implementations in a banking or fintech environment
• Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory compliance (e.g., SEC, FINRA), and risk management practices
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Ability to analyze complex data and document technical specifications clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certifications in product management, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMP
• Experience working with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar large-scale banking platforms
• Knowledge of payment processing, trade finance, or wealth management systems
• Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure in a financial context
