Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document technical requirements for product systems, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial services
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design and optimize banking platforms and applications
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis to support seamless operations in high-volume transaction environments
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, user stories, and process flows for financial products like lending or investment tools
• Monitor and enhance system integrations with core banking systems, APIs, and third-party vendors
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while mitigating risks in product deployments
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive iterative improvements
• Provide technical support and training to team members on new system features and updates
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains in product workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, product management, or technical roles within financial services
• Strong understanding of financial products, banking systems, and regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank or Basel III
• Proficiency in analyzing complex technical systems and translating business needs into technical specifications
