Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of secure development education programs tailored for JPMC's global engineering workforce
• Collaborate with SMEs across technology, security, and compliance teams to create engaging blended learning content, including virtual simulations and hands-on labs
• Scale educational initiatives to reach thousands of engineers worldwide, ensuring alignment with JPMC's secure development standards and financial regulatory requirements
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and resources using agile project management frameworks to meet organizational goals
• Evaluate program effectiveness through metrics like completion rates, knowledge assessments, and feedback, iterating content for continuous improvement
• Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders to integrate secure coding practices into JPMC's broader engineering curriculum
• Monitor emerging threats in financial cybersecurity and update training materials to address evolving risks in the banking sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, technical training, or educational delivery within a corporate environment
• Proven track record in developing and scaling secure development education programs for engineering teams
• Strong understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including OWASP guidelines and compliance standards relevant to financial services
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create blended learning solutions (e.g., e-learning modules, workshops, and simulations)
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial sector, such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and SOX
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
