Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of agentic AI programs, from ideation to deployment and scaling within JP Morgan Chase's technology ecosystem
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables for AI-driven financial innovations
• Drive innovation in AI applications for financial services, such as intelligent automation in trading, customer service chatbots, or predictive analytics for risk assessment
• Identify and mitigate risks in AI projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment through regular status updates, stakeholder meetings, and agile ceremonies
• Monitor program progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet business objectives
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to the development of AI best practices at JP Morgan Chase
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend integrations that enhance operational efficiency in banking services
• Prepare executive reports on program outcomes, including ROI analysis for AI initiatives
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing JP Morgan Chase infrastructure, including secure data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years focused on AI or machine learning projects
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of agentic AI technologies, including autonomous agents and large language models
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders and technical teams
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification in project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, particularly in areas like risk management, fraud detection, or algorithmic trading
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in AI (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, or FINRA standards)
• Background in leading AI initiatives at a large-scale enterprise like a global bank
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployments
• Advanced degree or certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer)
