Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of productivity and AI technology programs, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial services
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics for AI-driven initiatives
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and budgets while adhering to regulatory standards in the banking sector
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to integrate AI technologies for enhancing operational efficiency and client experiences
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, track progress using tools like Jira or Microsoft Project, and report on key performance indicators to leadership
• Coordinate with global teams in Columbus, OH, and other locations to ensure seamless program execution
• Mentor junior program managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement in technical delivery
• Conduct post-program reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future AI and productivity projects
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all AI implementations
• Partner with JP Morgan's technology risk and compliance teams to mitigate cybersecurity threats in program deployments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record of managing complex technology programs involving AI, machine learning, or productivity tools
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience in program delivery frameworks
• Experience with risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the financial industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
