Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of productivity and AI technology programs, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in financial services or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of managing complex technology programs involving AI, machine learning, or productivity tools
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience in program delivery frameworks
  • Experience with risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the financial industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
