Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions for connectivity and client technology projects in Securities Services
• Collaborate with agile teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables across multiple technical domains
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration
• Oversee the implementation of secure connectivity protocols and API gateways for securities processing
• Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan's risk management standards
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between development, operations, and business units in Tokyo and global hubs
• Drive continuous improvement in agile processes to enhance efficiency in client tech initiatives
• Monitor project progress using metrics and reporting tools, providing updates to senior leadership
• Support innovation in securities services technology, including cloud migration and automation efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management or software engineering within financial services
• Proven track record managing complex technology projects in agile environments
• Strong understanding of securities services, including custody, fund accounting, and asset servicing
• Experience with connectivity solutions such as SWIFT, FIX protocols, and API integrations
• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across global teams
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a relevant discipline
• Experience in the banking or capital markets sector, particularly with JP Morgan Chase
• Certification in PMP, Agile/Scrum, or AWS/Google Cloud
