  • Oversee the implementation of secure connectivity protocols and API gateways for securities processing
  • Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan's risk management standards
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination between development, operations, and business units in Tokyo and global hubs
  • Drive continuous improvement in agile processes to enhance efficiency in client tech initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management or software engineering within financial services

  • Strong understanding of securities services, including custody, fund accounting, and asset servicing
  • Experience with connectivity solutions such as SWIFT, FIX protocols, and API integrations
