Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical projects for JP Morgan Chase's financial platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with development, operations, and stakeholder teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in the Buenos Aires technology hub
• Manage project risks, budgets, and resources while adhering to Agile practices to deliver innovative solutions in digital banking and payments
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and senior leadership to drive project success in a fast-paced financial services environment
• Oversee the implementation of secure, scalable IT solutions that support JP Morgan's global trading and risk management systems
• Conduct regular status reviews, mitigate issues, and ensure compliance with financial industry standards like PCI-DSS
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in project management within the ReEntry Program framework
• Coordinate with international teams to integrate Buenos Aires-based projects into JP Morgan's broader technology roadmap
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project outcomes and continuous improvement
• Support the ReEntry Program by providing guidance to returning professionals on technical project execution in finance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within technology or financial services
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure in a banking environment
• Eligibility for the JP Morgan Chase Global ReEntry Program, including a career break of at least 2 years
• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus for the Buenos Aires location
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for handling sensitive financial data

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification
