Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with JPMorgan Chase's business objectives and technological innovation goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage project risks, budgets, and resources while adhering to financial services regulations and internal compliance standards
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in project methodologies to support business growth
• Monitor project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
• Identify opportunities for technological advancements, such as integrating AI or blockchain solutions in banking operations
• Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing JPMorgan Chase infrastructure, minimizing disruptions to financial services
• Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the team
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and enhance future project outcomes
• Liaise with global teams in Bogota and other JPMorgan Chase locations to support international project initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in project management within technology or financial services environments
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex technical projects
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, with certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master preferred
• Experience in financial services, including knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and risk management
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders and global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a relevant field
• Experience in banking technology projects, such as core banking systems or digital transformation initiatives at JPMorgan Chase
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices
